Free, without borders, clear and bright - breadth for valuable conversations! As
it is flowing in delicate line pattern of thoughts and ideas it is a stable sign
for solidity. The festival of conversation LAMPA is an unprecedented event on
the Latvian festival scene. This project is also urging us to create something unprecedented
– harmony of stability, lightness.
